At Munck, we have implemented the Learning Arena LMS as well as e-learning courses in safety and working environment that we have produced.

Purpose

Munck Group's goal is to consolidate and streamline the company's safety instructions so that all employees receive the same training and knowledge. It is important that the courses help build a shared safety culture around the mantra of 'Zero Accidents.'

The courses should convey occupational health and safety in an easily understandable manner. They should be very visual and not rely heavily on text. The course should provide a solid foundation for a common start at Munck Group.

 

Solution

The occupational health and safety courses are divided into smaller, easily accessible modules, so the course can be tailored to the needs of each target group.

It is structured as a visual universe with various locations, job roles, and experts, where all relevant health and safety instructions are conveyed through visual pedagogical everyday cases.

The modules conclude with a test that employees must pass to receive a certificate. Munck Group has many foreign employees, so the courses are produced in Danish, English, Polish, and Romanian.
